Dominique has worked in behavioral health and the healthcare industry for the past 11 years – 2 of those years she worked as a Finance Processor for Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. Previous to working in finance, she worked at Center for Youth & Families. She coordinated group services, assisted the Medical Director, handled all referrals/intakes and billing and coding. She also worked for Charlotte Hungerford Hospital obtaining insurance authorizations, reviewing discharges and appeals, reviewing grants and submitting them to the director for final approval. She has an in-depth understanding of the financial side of healthcare and identifying discrepancies in data. She is experienced in customer service, administrative skills, and processing data.
