Critical Incident Response
Critical incident response includes confidential sessions designed to reduce the impact of the event, accelerate recovery, and return people to everyday functioning. In the long run, these interventions prevent Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). In many cases, critical incident response services are a part of your EAP. Solutions EAP staff are trained, certified and experienced in conducting these groups.
Grief/Trauma
When the death or terminal illness of a co-worker or a family member touches a team, they may experience typical bereavement reactions. Though these reactions are normal, they can understandably have an impact on the workplace. Group sessions are available to help employees sort through and process their feelings together.
